PSG XR privacy policy

Immersiv SAS ("Immersiv", "we", "us" or "our") built the "PSG XR" app (“the Service”) as a free mobile application.

This Privacy Statement sets out how we collect, use, manage and protect the personal data or information (“Data”) that we may collect from or about you. It applies to all individuals who choose to use our Service.

Protecting your privacy

The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use your information for any other purposes or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to processing your Data in accordance with the required standards and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”).

Your Data

We may collect, use and hold a range of different Data about you when you use the application. This data is collected directly from your device onto which you have installed this application.

For the purposes of providing the Service and identifying technical issues about the Service, the application will collect Data such as, but not limited to:

device-specific information such as hardware model, operating system, version, serial numbers, setting configurations, and software and mobile network configuration. All identifiers are anonymised before being stored.
information about how you use our Services such as the type of network you are using, how the app performs relating to the network, and your seating zone when you are using our Services;
“Log Data” which may include information such as model name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This log data is anonymised.

We also collect aggregated, anonymous, statistical data (“Product Usage Analytics”) on the server's usage so that we may better cater to the behavior of users of our mobile apps. This type of Data may include, but is not limited to:

device and software characteristics and/or configuration, operating system, connection data, statistics on page views and/or referral URLs, advertising ID, links or images clicked on.

Our legal basis for using your Data

Data that is collected for technical analysis, fraud detections, security, and research and analysis of the user experience is collected based on our legitimate interest as these support the functioning and improvement of the app. As above, much of this data is anonymised once collected and used only in anonymous format.

Other data, such as locations data, is necessary for the functioning of the app to ensure that we can identify that you are in the stadium to enable you to use this app.

Service Providers

We employ third-party companies for the following functions:

To facilitate our Service;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have only access to anonymised Data.

The safety of your Data is important to us

We value your trust in providing us with your Data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All required efforts are made to ensure that any Data held by us is stored in a secure and safe place and is accessible only by our authorized employees.

Please note that, while we make every effort to ensure security, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Retention of your Data

We will retain

the Log Data for a period of 90 days,
the Product Usage Analytics metrics for a period of 1 year.

This is the period usually necessary to ensure the proper monitoring and functioning of our services. This includes maintaining the data to analyse trends for service improvements, address technical issues, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This data is anonymised in storage.
